I am not losing weight at all. Period.
Getting discouraged, it has been two weeks,  Do I have to eat just protein in order to do this?

Menu for today
2 eggs omlete with sharp cheese

snack   apple around 10 am

Lunch 1pm  large salad with tuna or turkey and lettuce tomatoes and full fat cheese and full fat dressing.

dinner 5 pm  meatloaf, broccoli, small salad.

if hungry around 8pm Ido not like to eat late, I have fruit.

2 lbs of ground turkey
2 eggs
chopped onion and celery
pepper, garlic salt, old bay seasoning. plain tomatoe sauce

mix all together , makes two one lb loaves,
oven : 375  bake at this for 15 min and turn down oven to 325 and bake 45 min to an hour till juices no longer run out of meat,
remove from oven and set for 10 min before slicing.
